The price
You pay for the students you have.

A student paying you ₹1,000 a month costs you ₹40 of it. You keep ₹960.
And this is not a commission. It is per student, not per rupee — raise your fees tomorrow, double them, run a half-price scholarship batch, and we charge exactly the same. Even at three hundred students it works out under ₹65 a head.

Paying once, in detail
- The app, the portal and the public page — published under your institute's name and yours to keep.
- Six months of support from the day you go live.
- Compliance updates for as long as you use it. Google requires an app to keep up with recent Android versions or it stops being installable; we keep yours meeting that, so it never quietly falls off Play Store.
- Features we build after your handover. If you want one later, we quote that single upgrade on its own — there is no annual commitment, and you pay only when you actually want something.
- Video delivery.
If you bought a licence and then grew
You are not asked to buy it again. We credit what you have already paid and you settle the difference — the same way enterprise software licences have always worked.

Four things sit outside the price. We would rather you heard them here.
Hosting
The hosting account is opened in your institute's name, the same way your Play Store account is. We set it up and we run it — you pay the provider directly, at cost, and we take nothing on top. If you ever leave, it stays yours.
Storage and video delivery
Quoted to what you actually keep and actually stream. We would rather ask than bundle a number you never touch — or one you blow through in the middle of March. Tell us roughly how much recorded content you hold and we will price it.
The online course storefront
Selling recorded courses to learners outside your institute is a separate module, priced on what you plan to sell. Those learners are never counted as your students. And still 0% commission on whatever you take.
A branded iOS app
A paid add-on plus Apple's own fee at cost, because Apple's rules require each institute to hold its own developer account. Every plan already includes the full web portal, which works in any iPhone browser.

One caveat outside our control: Play Store makes a new personal developer account complete a 14-day closed testing period before an app can be published. An institute that holds a D-U-N-S number registers as an organisation instead and skips that entirely, so the app lands on the timeline above. Without one, add those 14 days for the app only — your web portal goes live on the stated timeline either way.
FAQ
Questions about the money.
If I enrol one more student, does my whole bill jump?
No, and this is the part worth understanding. The rates work like income tax slabs: the higher rate applies only to the students above each line, never to all of them. Your 76th student costs ₹60 — students one to seventy-five stay at ₹40. So growing costs you exactly one student's worth, and you are never penalised for admitting somebody.
Is this a commission on my fees?
No. It is per student, not per rupee. If you raise your fees tomorrow, double them, or run a scholarship batch at half price, we charge exactly the same. We never touch your fee income, it never passes through us, and we take 0% of it.
What happens if students leave?
Your bill gets smaller. The count is taken on the 1st of each month from your own register, so it moves down as readily as it moves up. If a batch finishes in March and forty students go, April costs less. You are never billed for a chair that is empty.
What is the difference between paying monthly and paying once?
Monthly is per student, starts small and stays flexible — three months minimum, then month to month. Paying once is a licence: the app is yours to keep with no monthly at all, and it includes six months of support and compliance updates for as long as you use it. Owners who want the software off their monthly outgoings choose the licence; owners who would rather start light choose monthly. Both give you the identical product.
If I pay once, will the app stop working in a few years?
No. Google requires apps to keep up with recent Android versions or they stop being installable on new phones, so compliance updates are included for as long as you use it — the app stays on Play Store and keeps working. What a licence does not include is features we build later. If you want one of those, we quote that upgrade on its own, when you ask, with no annual commitment.
I already paid for a licence and I have grown. Do I pay again from scratch?
No. We credit everything you have already paid and you pay only the difference. If you bought at ₹37,500 and you are now at 120 students, the licence for that size is ₹1,00,000, so you pay ₹62,500. It works the way enterprise software licences have always worked, and it means there is never any advantage in under-declaring your numbers at signup.
Which features cost extra?
None of them. There is no Basic, Standard and Premium here — there is one product and every institute gets all of it, including the payroll suite and the exam engine. Four things sit outside the price and we list them on this page rather than on an invoice: hosting, which is billed to you at cost in your own name; storage and video delivery, quoted to your usage; the online course storefront, if you sell to learners outside your institute; and a branded iOS app.
Who exactly counts as a student?
Students enrolled in at least one active batch. Not alumni, not students who have left, and never your teachers, your staff or your admin accounts — those are unlimited and always free. Learners who only buy a recorded course through your storefront are not counted either.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. There is a three-month minimum at the start, after which it is rolling monthly. No exit fee. On cancellation you keep read-only access for 60 days, and exporting your data is free at any time regardless.
