Har coaching ka apna tech partner
Your institute'sown app.
On Play Store under your own name and logo, sitting on every student's and every parent's phone. Fees, attendance, exams and salaries all run inside it — with a separate login for you, your teachers, your students, their parents and your front desk.
₹40 per student per month · no setup fee · 0% commission on your fees

This is what your app looks like — your name, your logo.
- ₹0 setup or onboarding fee
- 0% commission on your fees
- 100% your data — export any time
- Live at Zenith Pathshala
The situation today
Three places. Still no answer.
You can't see who owes what
Which student, how much, and since when. Today that means going through the register by hand — and every month, something slips through it.
Parents are left in the dark
The attendance register sits in your office. A parent rings to ask about their child, and your front desk has to go and look as well.
Results take three days
Set the paper. Mark it. Type every score into a spreadsheet. Work out the ranks. A teacher loses most of a week to it, every time.
Salaries run on memory
Who took an advance, how much is still to be recovered, and what you owe a teacher who left in March. All of it in your head.
Bigger institutes look bigger
The institute across town has its own app. You don't. Parents notice at the exact moment they are deciding where to admit.
Software that made it worse
Hidden pricing, a three-year contract, a cut of your own fee income — and an app that had their name on it, never yours.
The difference that matters
The app is yours.
- On Play Store under your institute's name, with your logo and your colours.
- When a parent searches for your institute, your app is what comes up.
- The developer account is registered to you. We administer it — we do not own it.
- The hosting account is in your name on the same terms. You pay the provider directly, at cost, and we take nothing on top of it.
- A branded web portal and a public page for your institute, included.
- If you ever leave us, the listing, the hosting and the brand stay with you.
- Students on iPhone get the full web portal in their browser — nothing to install.
Google itself has recommended exactly this since February 2025 — a separate developer account for every client.
Five panels, one system
Everyone sees only what's theirs.
How we differ
Why owners actually switch.
| TechShala | Other platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Published on our website | Told to you on a call |
| What you pay for | The students you actually have | A plan tier you may outgrow |
| Commission on fees | 0% — always | Often a revenue share |
| Who owns the app | You, developer account included | They do |
| Billing | Monthly available | A year paid upfront |
| Lock-in | 3 months, then rolling | One to three years |
| Data export | Any time, free, by yourself | Difficult on the way out |
| Features held back | None — every institute gets all of it | The good ones cost more |
| Setup fee | None | Often hidden until later |
Onboarding
Live in five to seven days.
One hour on a call
Branding, classes, batches and fee structures — captured in a single form.
Your app is built
Your Android app, web portal and public page. The Play Store and hosting accounts are both opened in your name.
Your data is imported
Students and teachers come in from our spreadsheet templates, not by hand.
Training
One session for you and the front desk, one for teachers — recorded for whoever joins later.
Go live
A launch kit: posters with your app's QR code and a WhatsApp announcement for parents.
One caveat outside our control: Play Store makes a new personal developer account complete a 14-day closed testing period before an app can be published. An institute that holds a D-U-N-S number registers as an organisation instead and skips that entirely, so the app lands on the timeline above. Without one, add those 14 days for the app only — your web portal goes live on the stated timeline either way.
Proof
One institute. Every day.
Zenith Pathshala collects its fees, marks its attendance and publishes its results through this system. That is the entire customer list — and you are reading it here, not discovering it on the third call.
Every demo runs on sample data. No real student's name, marks or fee record ever leaves the institute it belongs to.
Who you would be dealing with
Aditya Kotiwal — an IIT Bombay undergraduate, and the one who wrote every line of this.
Previously built GymFlowX and sold it to Truworth Health Technologies in June 2026. This is the second product, not the first attempt.
You will have a direct number. Support answers on WhatsApp, usually within the hour — and right now that is the founder answering, not a ticket queue.
FAQ
What owners ask first.
What about students with iPhones?
Every institute gets an Android app plus the full web portal. The portal works in any iPhone browser and can be added to the home screen. A separate branded iOS app is a paid add-on, plus Apple's own fee at cost, because Apple requires each institute to hold its own developer account.
Who owns the data?
You do. Students, fees, attendance and marks can be exported to spreadsheets by you, at any time — not only when you are leaving.
Does our fee money pass through you?
No. Fees go directly into your own payment gateway. We never hold that money and we take 0% of it.
Will parents get WhatsApp reminders?
Not today. Reminders currently go as app notifications. WhatsApp messaging will arrive later as a metered add-on. We do not sell things we have not built.
Will you customise it for us?
Branding, colours, modules, fee structures, batches and permissions are all configuration, included at no cost. If you need a genuinely new feature that would help institutes generally, we will quote it, build it, and ship it to everyone. What we will not do at any price is maintain a separate version only for you — that is exactly what makes software slow and expensive, and you would be the one paying for it.
We tried a platform like this before and it did not work out. Why would this be different?
Usually it went wrong for reasons that had nothing to do with features: the price went up, the contract would not let you leave, the app belonged to them, or nobody answered when something broke. Those are the four things this is built around. The pricing is published on this site, the minimum is three months, the Play Store account is registered in your name, and you will have a direct number rather than a ticket queue.
My teachers are not very comfortable with technology. Is that a problem?
A teacher only ever sees their own batches, their own schedule and their own payslips — not the whole system. Training is one recorded session, and marking attendance or entering marks is a single screen. The office keeps control of anything that matters.
See your own app.
Ten minutes. We put your institute's name, your logo and your colours in, and show you exactly what your students would open. Nothing to sign, nothing to pay, and we will tell you honestly if you are better off waiting.
